I am a practitioner of Family Constellations Therapy and my sessions are based on my training, knowledge and experience in Family Constellations Therapy. I also have training in Transactional Analysis and Somatic work.

I worked primarily as a theatre actor, performer and teacher for over twenty-five years before beginning practice in Family Constellations. Arts practice often opened up avenues to explore healing in my life and is what led me to Constellations work.

My practice as a theatre actor involved learning multiple art forms and has drawn from my training in Bharathanatyam, Kalaripayattu, Tai Chi, Devarattam, Laban-Bartenieff work, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais work and Yoga among others. I have work credits as a facilitator/teacher, writer, designer and dramaturge in the theatre. All of this experience with the breath, body, voice and imagination inform my work with people today.

I have been and continue to be very interested in the education sector. I have worked as a full-time teacher-facilitator in the alternative schooling system in Bengaluru and been in the field of education for many years in various capacities. I am also a researcher, writer and editor for various organisations in the development sector on a wide range of issues in the areas of health, gender and water.
